Singer Rebecca Kukiriza alias Chosen Becky officially tied the knot with her partner, Ssekajja Abdul, in a civil wedding ceremony.

The civil wedding comes shortly after the couple’s traditional introduction ceremony (kwanjula) which took place on 9th December. The event marked an important cultural milestone and paved the way for their official union.

However Netizens are left divided over the events that took place after jabs towards the Ex husband known as Dictator Amir.

During her celebrations, the singer’s children were seen holding placards with different writing seemingly praising their new father figure. Words like “We’ve finally got a caring Dad, we are the Ssekajjas” seemed to irate netizens who believe it was Chosen Becky’s idea.

While others are calling her out for being petty, a few advised her to seek psychological treatment, We shall keep you posted.
